The Breathing Room Project
An online program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada for youth aged 13 – 24. The program consists of 8 modules which helps individuals learn how to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Available online and to purchase through the Google Play Store and the App Store.

Bridge the gAPP
An online resource for adults and youth to support mental wellness. Bridge the gAPP offers a service directory of programs and services in Newfoundland and Labrador. Available online, and for download at the Google Play Store and the App Store.

CMHA-NL provides services and supports for individuals and families to strengthen mental wellness and support recovery from mental illness.

Strongest Families Institute
